This is the first french holiday cottage you come to on approaching via the short driveway.

 

Ground Floor

French doors lead off its own veranda opening into:

• A large sitting room with many beams and a traditional working stone fireplace. From the sitting area a wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs.

• Adjoining is a kitchen separated by a breakfast bar.  A new fully equipped kitchen was installed in 2008. It has an oven / ceramic hob / microwave / integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher.  Leading from the kitchen is:

•A utility room with washing machine,  sink and WC. This room leads to:

• A small terrace from which access is possible to the adjacent cottage called Pheasant

First Floor

• Galleried Landing
• Two twin bedrooms
• Bathroom with shower and bidet. A new shower cabinet was installed in 2008
• Separate WC
