Prices

Prices shown are for a week. Prices for other periods are negotiable. Changeovers are normally on Thursdays but we’ll do our best to be flexible. Included are electricity, gas, cleaning, bed linen, towels (except beach towels) and washing up materials. An additional £30 per person per week is charged for each additional person where there are more than 4 people in Pheasant Cottage (Maximum 6 people).

In July and August, the two Cottages are almost always let as one. This works extremely well for two families or for extended families and friends. However, for months outside the school holidays, we will consider letting either cottage separately. Let us know if this is what you would like to do and we will try to accomodate you.

If paying by cheque a 50% deposit is required initially and the final payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a security deposit of £300. You can alternativley pay for your holiday using PayPal which accepts all major credit cards.
